Last week's theme at 52 Photos Project was LOVE. I just finished visiting all of the photos in the gallery and I have to tell you - I'm so deeply inspired by the fact that love has no shape, no rhyme or reason, no form.
LOVE just is.
It's my husband setting the coffee up on a timer so that I wake up to a brewed pot.
It's my home, the story of my family embossed on the walls.
It's when my neighbor across the street calls me from her job to ask if I see her husband working in the yard, and if I could offer him a drink because he forgets to take breaks from his work.
It's my sister friends who continue to nourish our relationships.
It's community and gathering.
It's connection.
It's everywhere I look.
It's everything I feel.
It is the place I come from.
It's his touch, his promise, his protection that I'm drawn to.
It's her laugh and her cry.
I feel it when I'm walking amongst the trees.
I see it when I look in the mirror.
I choose it.
I choose love.

especially the bit about your neighbor, brought me warm fuzzies.
