Aaaahhh. Deep breath and release. My time at the Outer Banks was fun, inspiring, and truly healing. Everything I needed to let go of was left on the beautiful, blue ocean waters. I laughed a lot and connected with so many kindreds. It's hard to believe I was there again, but this time was completely different. I am forever thankful and deeply changed. Still healing, because the soul work never ends. And that's ok. I am ok with that.
