The weather man said rain! and thunderstorms! were in store for the weekend, so I stayed close to home, venturing out only to do a little shopping.
The neglected housework was unavoidable. I tackled it bit by bit and by Sunday night, most of it was back in check.
We made pizza. It's the one meal the three of us love making together. Angie went with the traditional red & cheese, Zak & I chose pesto, garlic, & ricotta (white pizza).
And wouldn't you know it, the weekend was mostly rain free except for a mini storm late last night.
No more planning around the weather for me.
Yum, yum, yummm. Looks sooo good! Glad you at least got a little rain! We need it SO BADLY!

yum! we love homemade pizza here, too. sounds like it did you good to stick close to home and be productive. hope this week is a lovely one!
